Skrillex has been nominated for the World Music Awards 2013.
Sonny has actually been nominated in three categories:
- Best Male Artist
- Best Electronic Music Artist
- Best Entertainer of the Year
The World Music Awards are a charity project, donating their profits to Hospitals, Schools and Orphanages all around the world.

As we have heard before, Skrillex recently attended IMS Engage on the 17th of April at the W Hotel in Hollywood, CA. The IMS has uploaded the 40 minute long video where Skrillex chats with Jeff Rosenthal, the Summit Series co-founder.
In the video, Skrillex discusses his ten years in the music industry prior to being 'Skrillex', and about how he was $30,000 in debt only three years ago. Take a look at the video below:

Dog Blood have officially been confirmed to be performing at Electric Daisy Carnival Las Vegas 2013.
The Festival takes places from 21st-23st of June and is sold out completely by now.
Alongside Skrillex together with Boys Noize, who also plays a single set, now there are a few other OWSLA artists confirmed, for example Alvin Risk and Jack Beats.
